I wanted to give them zero but couldn't get option waiting from last 2 hours just for plan cancellation and still my new not came. While taking connection it's doesn't take a 5 minutes but for cancelation u need to wait more then 3 hours.

If you want to install a new home service they will do it instantly and if you want to cancel the same, then it is a different story. Made cancellation requst through online, no updates, called several times no one attending. Visited the Du store, long queue and just one counter for cancellation. Stupid service.
