Worst service ever. There are 10 counters available and they operate only 4 counters. More customers wait more than 1 hour for the service. One of the customer service staff was very rude with the customer which was attached in the picture round in the picture. Very disappointed.
They are so great and respectful. I was really happy and comfortable doing my service, especially with the employee Mohamed Khalid. He is a great man ❤️
Pathetic and incredibly slow service. You are welcomed by a sign on the token machine that says 'Will get the service done in no time !!!' I wish that didn't raise the hopes. Had to go for a simple Emirates id update as it couldn't be done.
