I bought du sim for my friend and after 2 days sim suspended saying that documents rejected we had submitted original passport and visa as he is on visit visa. Extremely disappointed

Unprofessional customer service. Instead of updating my EID for all the numbers I have with du, I need to visit the branch each time they disconnect my number.

Very much disappointed with the customer service here. The representatives are least concerned about the customers
