I would not recommend du as your b2c and b2b provider. Their home, office, du 4g postpaid 5G home Internet, services are all awful. They sign you up for 2 years and won't let u exit ever. Customer service cannot refund u even 25 fils.

If you have the choice to avoid them for home fixed services, it’s highly recommended that you do so. Very poor value proposition (cost, speed, fiber optics support and worst of all is customer support - by phone, mail and at branches). Avoid.

The branch is very helpful to be in this area. But unfortunately they have never staff to answer the customers.
