Mustafa tried different things to solve the problem at hand and he was very diligent and really focused on contacting IT and trying to get the issue resolved. Never take any service from them otherwise they will keep calling you for the rest of your life around 3 to 5 times a day trying to sell you more services. Go for virgin instead.
Last week i visited this due centre and i had very good exeperience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the issues were sorted out the same day itself without any delay.
