Applied for NOC on 1st July 2023, i was told that after 3-4 days i will get message to collect NOC, but did not receive any message, on 7th I called DDC customer care to know the status, nothing happened, On 8th approached Alqusais branch
I would have rate quarter start if there was. Highly bad experience in this DDC branch as well as overall DDC. They themselves don't know the processes. I would suggest DDC HQ team to supervise their centers and sub-centers. Students-Better
