This place really doesn't belong to Dubai when it comes to service, waiting 3 weeks to create account while they mentioned it takes 3 to 5 days
Worst experience in customer service via email, it has been 8 months I keep on following up, ended up resending , reattaching documents over and over again, then being informed that I never attached the file, Hope they will improve. Very slow and unable to resolve issue. Reference 356305
