Worst experience at the Mirdif Hills Sales Centre for apartment as am here at the office itself they are unable to provide me the details of pending payments. Waiting for hours and calling non attending staffs makes the situation worse .

The company is working 50 years behind currently no one attending calls, not respond on mails one of the pathatic services i every experience is Dubai. -10/10 as per my experience. :(

The customer service at Dubai Investments PJSC is absolutely terrible. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. I have been waiting for weeks to get information about my pending payments and nobody seems to care. This company really needs to improve their communication and customer support.
