Very poor service. Out of 4 counters only one is working. The worst part is the bank manager chilling inside the office with 15 people waiting outside waiting for their turn. He could've come outside to serve on one of the counters.
Very bad branch service, I went yesterday to open an account, I was looking for parking for 20 minutes, once I got in it was 12:55, they told me that bank will close at 2 and account open will close at 1 PM, the Indian receptionist asked me.
Poor branch management system. Today 17.02.2023 8.00am. I visited only one customer service staff available and once my token NUM camera they are telling bank manager not available and they are telling we don't know when manager will come.
The bank service is very slow. The staff is not knowledgeable and lacks professionalism. I had to wait for a long time to be served and when I finally was, they made mistakes with my account information.
