Dubai Islamic Bank reviews
This DIB branch is by far the best branch so far. I have visited DIB branches in Deira City Centre and Reefmall (worst branch I think) but Burjuman branch is the best for me. The guards are very accommodating and helpful, the branch manager is dedicated and professional. Overall, I had a great experience at this branch.
I would like to give full rating to the Branch Manager Yasser Al Suawidi. A dedicated , well-mannered and professional. I haven't seen any other branch manager involving with all customers like this in any banks or branches. He needs to get recognition for his excellent customer service.
Very bad customer service. Even the contact number of the branch which they have given here is not working. You can just realize from that. Overall, I had a poor experience at this branch.
