I went there to withdraw my money that was in my savings account. in counter number 3 the Moroccan man was talking in a rude way to other customers and he was not helpful!!

Worst branch ever, I came here and took a token, went to Deira City Centre, had lunch, walked around, did some shopping. For more than an hour. Came back to the bank, and still 35 people ahead of me in the que. Worst banking experience I ever had!
