Worst customer experience ever. It takes hours to do one single thing: 4 counters, 2 employees setting but only 1 works . And moreover they give preference to people who come out of line and without tickets. Shame !
Rude and unhelpful 'security' staff. Dismissive and uninterested to help. Provide no guidence or information, underpaid, unhappy, and I'm sure the bank offers no support. 4 counters, only one open, they don't even bother turning the lights on. Should be ashamed to open their doors. One star because you can't give zero.
I wish I read the reviews before attempting to go there many times just to open an account their service made feel so unhappy helpless after a long wait they don't help you instead they ask you to come back with unreasonable excuses.
