I went there to apply for NOC and as soon I entered the security guy guided me.
I made the mistake of taking a car loan with DIB and now I’m sitting at this branch to do a mortgage release. This is my second visit and there are 25 persons ahead me despite coming at the open. Each client is taking 15 minutes so you make the calculation. I have not seen such inefficiency at a bank. Never again with DIB!
My token 1038 waited for almost 2 hours. Wish would never visited this branch. Very unprofessional customer service. Customer service not willing to listen wasted time. I would definitely change DIB to another
