I used the paid parking service. While validating the ticket, the machine did not return the balance! The security guys were trying to do their best but if the machine is of such a bad quality nothing can be done!
Great building with great facilities (tennis courts, temperature controlled swimming pool, squash courts), professional security and a very prompt management led by Ameenah and her staff.
The tower is located in prime location. It is well maintained with high hygiene standard. The maintenance team is always available when notified. The facility management team are very understanding and the support staff are polite and supportive
