For all those posting regarding having no response, you may have to contact the Dubai office on their toll free. Their response was pretty quick and team was supportive.

Called all their numbers for the past 4 days, when I do get through I am put on hold and they never take me off hold.

Worst insurance to deal with. So slow to respond in motor claims, even if you paid more to have a replacement car. Doesn’t matter if your car worth 20k or 200k, they will give you Mitsubishi attarage.
