can i change my brother Emirates id card number he is in Pakistan and i want to check his travel ban on him. on dubai police website they send OTP on his previous company owner i need to check what type of travel ban on him and want to solve it
The SPS is open 24 hours, you can go there but there is no one to assist, you need to call 901 and get all the required details to log a complaint, make sure you have your emirates id, for the ones with new emirates id make sure you insert it in the machine, it takes time so be prepared. Overall it’s a good experience and they are very helpful and cooperative.
