A superb service provided by smart government. However, I visited this branch in December 3rd 2019, it was out of service.
This is the 2nd SPS point I visited in a space of 2 days and was not able to open a case. The system said " connecting to police officer" but there was no officer on the other side. I tried again and again. It is strange, if the SPS is open 24 hours then there should be an officer to assist.
