The air conditioning is not separated between the apartments and the smells of cooking and other things are spread among the residents and the building gate or the elevator there is no entry card it is not safe non residents can enter at any time the elevator does not have cameras and perfume
The maintenance team is extremely rude and unhelpful. They are not responsive to the complaints and it takes days or even weeks for them to fix any issues. The apartments are also in a terrible condition and there are constant maintenance problems. Overall, it is a terrible place to live.
