The workers are rude and some of them are scammers. Be careful. I bought 4 cheese sticks packet and I was busy with my phone. The worker took and hid 1 cheese stick packet and he thinks that I didn't notice. He tried his best to not give it to me.
I had a very bad experience. I bought vegetables through Talabat, and they were almost rotten and in bad condition. I complained about it to Talabat but Talabat denied that I had requested a refund.
I had ordered a grocery item from there through the smiles app but I didn't receive the order. The delivery guy said he couldn't deliver the product to the given location so I asked him to cancel the order. The smile app shows the order is delivered and money deducted.
