Genuine, is how I’d describe EBC. I walked in for a minor issue with my wheels, the staff were very helpful. Even when they were busy, It’s one of those very rare places where you feel the staff have bonded as a team, they are confident.

Came in for an alignment and their guys pointed out that an alignment would not fix my issue and explained what needed to be fixed. They then refused to charge me even when I pressed them to charge a fee for diagnosing the issue, any other.
