Actually you guys are a bunch of cheats. I ordered 2 kg Iranian apples. Guy called me and said we have boxes of 1 kg. I said go ahead. Received inferior quality rotten apple and of very very small size.

Extremely lousy and bad services. No commitments to their schedules, no follow up, no tracking and no customer service to complain to! It is quite disappointing as well that Smiles Market is operated by them. How come that Smiles did not read the reviews on El Grocer before deciding to associate their apps and services with!

Unique online store, I placed 2 different orders. In the 1st order, they delivered me an item but the color was not the same as I selected. In the 2nd order, they delivered me items of low price/quality. Their support team is even worse, they will not listen to you or even try to compensate the customer. Never buy anything from them. Beware, they are cheaters.
