It is about a month now with coach Engy, it has been a fascinating experience. My mum and I are very satisfied with the high equipped place, and the efficiency of the professional trainer Engy. My mother suffered from severe back pains and the EMS training helped her a lot. Highly recommended!
PT Engy is a star she works with you to design your workout plan and can also help with your nutritional goals as well. I find both trainers very friendly and welcoming hence I have recommended many friends and family to this place and they have all loved it!
