Just had Elite Maids team have a deep clean of my new home. As someone who is very much a neat freak, the team and customer support is top notch. With professional equipment and around 8 people showed up on time to give a thorough clean. The attention to detail was impressive and they made sure to clean every corner of the house. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them again.
Thought I'd give Elite Maids a try. booked them for three hours from 1pm, by 1:30pm service hadn't arrived. I called and was told the driver couldn't find the villa (I'd sent a pin drop previously and they had my mobile number!) and needed to reschedule. Very disappointing first experience with this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made a booking on Monday 12th of June for Elite Maids to come and clean my house on Wednesday 14th of June. I confirmed with them that my booking was confirmed and they confirmed that it was. I also advised them that we recieved the keys to the house on Wednesday. On Wednesday evening no one turned up. I called the office and was advised by the staff member that there has been a mess up and there was no one coming. They agreed that they could not reach us but still made no arrangement to come back on a later date. They offered me 3 free hours of cleaning services as an apology which I found hilarious considering the continual poor service they offered. Pls don't bother contacting those guys. There are many other fantastic cleaning companies out there.
