Waited 40 mins in que on a Afternoon. The washing staff is less experienced. The person who washed my car, clearly missed a few spots. The vacuum staffs are average, could have been better. Please hire a foreman, and provide on the job training to the washing staff. Or make it DIY car washes like in Canada….;
Im standing waiting for the vacuum section to work on my car since more than 30 min and still not served because of few labors;

Facilities and Amenities were lacking. The waiting area was uncomfortable and dirty. There were limited food and drink options. Overall, a disappointing experience.
