Very bad experience, no proper inspection on the vehicle. QA/QC should step in and fix whats going on in the service lines and ensure parts are inspected properly/been changed. New Staff are different story, they need to get customer service courses for better communications.
Nicer people than in Dubai. The Philippine ladies in Dubai are really a joke. In Abu Dhabi the reception people are nicer. They are under works but there is an area for waiting. And prices are cheaper. We travel to Abu Dhabi for all services. It’s worthy.
