Worst company. They are no willing to honor warranty claim for a faulty tyre that started leaking air less than 24 hours after installation at Autopro.
Looking for quality tires or an oil service at a reasonable cost- this is the place to visit. You can relax in the comfortable customer lounge and sip a coffee while they pamper your car. The manager- Mr. Mohammad is a great guy and is very friendly.
It was a worst experience which I had with Emirates for Universal Tyres LLC when I gone through for claiming process of my Continental tyre complaint. I bought 4 Continental tyres from them on 25Aug2021 and one of the tyre got a punctured on 13Sep2021. I raised a complaint on 14Sep2021 and send my car for the inspection on 15Sep2021 and still my issue is not fixed. I really suffered a lot with this complaint. There is no response from their side for the past 10 days.
