Very slow process and they are not helpful, a lot of counters closed, either ladies chatting or playing on mobiles ... it supposed to be a helpful governmental working place...ah and updating this; they forced me to come back 3 times in a row.
I had a bad experience today. Not helpful and a waste of time.
Very very slow process because my visa stamping in December 2017, and I still haven't received my Emirates ID. I've been following up with customer care but there has been no response. Waiting for some working days.
