One of the worst customer service branches around UAE, takes ages to finish things knowing that it’s not a busy branch. The same applies for both Tellers and customer service.
Very bad customer service waiting for 2 hrs than they told come next day morning , I complained to branch manager he tried tell this is the bank policy we can’t change , what policy of waiting 2 hrs bank higher manager should talke action .
Clearly, a big lake of Managment, most of the staff not on their desks, couple of hours you have to waste for such a poor services. Avoiding this hustle is advantage.
