I came to the branch in Dubai mall to update some details on my account. Seema helped me quickly and she was really nice. I will definitely come back to her next time. I know the branch is opened later than the others so I hope to see her there :)
There is no human that is capable of assistance here and waiting for more than 10 min when there is nobody here. No International transfers are allowed with NBD anymore as they want to charge for that, appalling. I am changing to another bank.
