I recently had the pleasure of becoming a first-time customer at Emirates NBD, guided by the exceptional service provided by bank manager Mr. Amer Aslim. From the moment I walked into the branch, Mr. Aslim exuded warmth and professionalism.
WORST BANK! I raised a request for settlement of liability on 17th of July but up until now, they haven't taken any action. The customer service is non-existent and the staff is rude.
I'm a new ENBD customer and I recently opened my new account. I went to the Electra branch to register my mobile banking app. It was too crowded, but the branch security officer Mr. Moon helped me create a new profile. Thanks to him for the service.
The service provided by bank manager Mr. Amer Aslim was exceptional. He was warm and professional throughout my visit to the branch. I had a great experience as a first-time customer at Emirates NBD.
