Amnah Al Yammahi is such a delight. Every time I go into this bank she greets me with a smile and her service is exceptional. She is focused and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. I use this branch because of Amnah!
Most of the employees are not interested to do any help to the customers directly..! Very bad attitude to the non locals, including the manager side too..! The CDM machine not working because of the network issues and informed to the staff, they responded with an aggressive attitude
