People are not enough to manage the customers, waiting time is more. A leading bank with this kind of poor customer service is strange.

No body in queue but ticket is not called even after 25 min. This is not about teller counter.

Seems like in Rashidiya branch security guards are handling all the customers. They will ask you first purpose of visit and then refuse that this service we are not doing here please go to any other mall branch where they are saying that we can do.
