Very poor customer service. I have complained to the customer care for providing wrong information once and second time the same happened with me causing one day's pay total two days salary loss due to irresponsible staff who does not care.
I have to agree with the majority of the reviews here. It seems like the staff just want to get through the day without even supporting or helping out the customers with their concerns. The guy who was in charge of the ticketing dismissed me.
