I wish there was something under 1 star to rate them. The customer service is terrible. I visited the centre today to send a parcel, and the employee there couldn't be more rude than she was with me, completely un bothered with my application, and very annoyed to see me there.

It is so bad, never expected that, my parents paid huge amount of money to send my staff from another country, when box arrived to Ajman I chooses the date for delivery, (only day off what I have) and delivery guy told me that on that he will not deliver it. I waited and spend one and only off day wha I have for nothing, worst;
