I'm not happy. I got a call yesterday and was told that I had to wait all day for the parcel and also pay for the delivery. I agreed. I waited all day, but no one came or called. What kind of service? Why can't I deliver a package for more than a week?
Customer care is fast and nice. But the postal system itself is questionable. Why are there delivery charges for goods from abroad, apart from customs duty? I pay a not-so-cheap amount of money at the origin of the shipment.
My order 37260224 is not delivered yet!! On March 18, your courier called and said that he was ready to deliver the order for an additional fee, to which I replied that I had paid the shipping costs and there should not be any additional.
