Bad service ever. My shipment arrived 4 days ago, and I got a call 2 days after that confirming my location for delivery. However, they told me they will deliver in 2 working days, and no one contacted me after that. I had to call the call center and follow up, which was frustrating.
This is regretfully the worst courier firm! I always buy from Ali express and choose free delivery. The goods get delivered by other parties, other companies than Emirates Post, and they NEVER charge any penny. However, when it unfortunately came through Emirates Post, I had to pay a delivery fee. This inconsistency is disappointing.
