I really had a horrible experience. For 3 days, I had to wait the whole day for the courier person to come, but no one showed up. I called the customer service many times. And every time, they tell me that your shipment is out for delivery.

Just don't use them. The Emirates Post is awful. Had a very bad experience. Lost my money with Emirates Post. It is impossible to find who is responsible for their mistake. Just awful services.
