I had a simple request (name correction) but they said based on their policy I have to cancel my flight and book a new one with a new price! Stupid Policy

Emirates airline is the one of the best in my opinion but the service of the employee in this office was not particularly satisfactory. We had to amend a ticket from Dubai to Toronto, staff was bit rude. When i called emirates customer service, they resolved the issue promptly and efficiently.
