Booked PCR test, a DAY in advance, they NEVER came and when I asked them if anyone is coming, received a message after 2 hours asking me if I have had my PCR or not. Asking me? Seriously?! Coordinate with your stuff if they did their job or no, not with a client. No, I didn’t do my PCR as nobody came.
I stayed at Khalidiya Palace I was told I needed a PCR Test. After I received the test they told us in 12 hours we will receive our results. 5 days later and nothing. DON'T I REPEAT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money.
Was tested positive two weeks back…they had constant follow ups with coming home and testing on 8 & 9th day and also took care of the removal of the watch/tracker on the 10th day. Professional staff and content with their services including their regular PCR test booking.
