Have a very bad service and it is being operated by unprofessional staff. We bought a pendant online but the item have defect and we ask the agent about it and said that we can go directly to the shop to repair but when we arrived in the shop, they were very rude and unhelpful. They refused to repair the pendant and instead offered a refund with much difficulty. Terrible experience.
My suggestion to everyone not to consider this jewellery shop...it is being operated by unprofessional staff. They only know how to go live on Facebook. I have visited the shop to place an order on a customized pendant, they told me to come back the next day for the final design but when I came back, they said the design is not possible and gave many excuses. Waste of time and effort.
They have nice designs and bought some pieces, would love to buy more but they don't respond to PM's, even if you send a message many times. They read the messages but no response. Bit annoying ????????♀️
