They denied me twice at 9 pm. I’d like to complain about the incharge who said that they close at 9 pm instead of 10pm mentioned on google. Same thing happened last month when I reached at 09:15 pm. Very rude to an old customer. I have been with them for over 3 years yet no respect. Not recommended !

It is suitable for Philippines, the staff are respectable and can understand your request the price is normal 25 DHS for hair cut.
