I bought tickets with seats for me and my infant child, but at the check-in counter, they said that in their system they only have a seat for me but not for my child, though I separately paid for a child seat! They did not want to solve the issue or provide any assistance. Terrible customer service!
Flew MXP-AUH and back recently, economy class on 787. Layout is 3+3+3, cramped seating. I am kind of tall (185cm), could not sit properly with back straight otherwise my head would be over the headrest. Food terrible, all very salty. Also, the in-flight entertainment system was not working properly. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Just bad service. They only support walk-in customers, and they do not take any responsibility for online purchase. I would not recommend as they are using the late 80's business model of broken journeys as every department is responsible for their own mistakes instead of owning up to them and helping the customer. Very poor customer service experience.
