The staff is helpful and friendly. They do their best to make the customer satisfied. The only bad thing is that the store doesn't have a place to sit while waiting. It's crowded always so you'll need to stand the whole time until you get the service. This is so annoying.
Mohammed Bellounes was not helpful at all. I just visited around 10PM today and was asking for his help if he could migrate my Du sim to etisalat network. However, he's asking me if I will take a package with a gesture of watching his watch. Please make sure the reviews cover various aspects of the experience.
