Had been on a weekday , but the place was packed and was well managed. Was supposed the update the emirates id the manager helped out and was done in a timely fashion. It went smooth but was waiting for the tickets a bit longer.
I came to this place twice in the two times they were extremely busy. I can understand that it’s gonna be busy but at least they have to acknowledge the presence of the customers. The staff looked too tired and they were not really willing to help.
Unfortunately no place to sit imagine elderly people coming and they all have to stand. No concept of closing each case at speed. The guys sit and chit chat and waste time while making others stand and wait. Bad service.
