I will give 0 star if possible. All agents wandering like they are in a park while a huge number of customers waiting for their turn. No order whatsoever in the store. I think one of the supervisor who is blocking everyone who enters the store, I'm not sure what he is doing there. My 20 years old son could do a better job than any of them. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you have plenty of time to kill. Absolutely useless!
The team are the worst in providing services. I had to wait 20 min just to talk to customer service. The team hold the tablet and don't provide any support. Every time we talk to them they say the system is down, seriously!!!! The worst. Don't recommend to do any kind of services here.
