Good customer service experience here.
Messing up ticket order and leaving customers waiting for so long until realizing what happened. The moment I saw they let someone who came after me to go in front of me, I left.
Horrible, horrible experience. Thanks to the incorrect information provided at this store I've lost over a 1000 AED. Etisalat will not take responsibility or provide any compensation. Steer clear or make sure you get everything in writing!
