Unlike any other branch, they have excellent service. Staffs are accommodating.
Employees ensured me having tax free and printed fake tax free receipt , but in the airport I was told that this company is not eligible for a tax-free and couldn't get any refunds.
If I could, I would give Etisalat negative stars. Most pathetic service in the world. I would tell people never to buy Etisalat for your peace of mind.
