Always there is an problem with Bill and registration they make me waiting 2 days to resolve the problem.
Worst service agents are telling to visit Abu Dhabi city for name transfer. Then why you guys having store in Madinah Zayed Al dhafra mall. Is customers stupid to travel 200 kilometers for getting Etisalat service.
Bad service. They only have 2 customers and there are 4 of them. We’ve been standing for 5 mins and one lady saw us already but it seems they don’t want to assist. They are just assisting customers selectively.
