The lady Arbell who is at reception and picks up the call usually is very rude. She does not understands about indian culture and instead of addressing query politely, gives a very ride reply. If the management is looking at this please consider this feedback.

I recently participated to a very dance workshop of belly dance fusion yoga. I pretty much enjoyed it. Diana always finds a way to entertain us and boost our mood. 100% reccomend.
