Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant drop in the mannerisms and behavior of your sales and customer service team. I rented a new audi A3 which when received, I noticed had a slight squeak of the wheel. When I inquired about this to your team, they were dismissive and not helpful at all. This was my first time renting from Eurostar and I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
Not a good experience, (besides the car wreaking of cigarette smoke when I received the car) please be very careful dealing with this company. They tried to pull a fast one on me, when I returned the car after a 4 day rental, the first thing they did was look at the gas level to figure out how they could charge me more. They then tried to claim I caused minor damage to the car when there was none. Luckily, I had taken pictures before I returned the car to protect myself. Be aware and take pictures to avoid being taken advantage of.
If you visit Eurostar Look for Mr Murad Khan.... No words to express... your customer service and the way you deal with internal and external customers... ???? PERFECT
